Home Run Divorce Counsel
I located Will on avvo.com after several initial consultations with divorce attorneys in the greater Nashville area. During our initial meeting, I realized Will was my best choice to protect my interests. He was clear and honest with me about his expectations for the outcome of my divorce starting with our initial discussion. He was also by far the most accurate lawyer concerning costs I would incur before the divorce was finalized. There were many aspects of the process that I did not expect, or understand. Will and his staff was patient with my questions, and always provided the guidance necessary to protect my best interests. Will helped me reach a settlement through mediation which I believe is fair to both parties, and my children. I strongly recommend Will to anyone needing a family law attorney.
Great Lawyer I would highly recommend for child custody or divorce
I hired Will after having to let my first attorney go for never communicating with me and making me feel as though I was all on my own during my divorce. Will and his staff stepped in and a did a great job of taking over my case. He was honest and real on what to fight about and what to let go. My case did go to trial and because of Will’s preparation and knowledge of the legal system I as a father of 2 was awarded everything I was asking for. His staff has also done a fantastic job of keeping me up to date on all filings and where there with any questions I ever had.
The Best Decision We Ever Made.
My husband and I interviewed attorneys as we had a difficult and somewhat unusual (at least to us!) case. Mr. Holloway was our choice. He has been a life saver for us and our family. I have trusted him and his counsel. He is outstanding in the court room and respected by his peers. In fact, it was one of his peers that gave us his name and recommended him! We will not hesitate to use him again if needed at any future date.
Will Holloway is honest, professional yet personal, he will represent you even in your absence and is cost effective!
When my husband filed for divorce after a twenty-one year marriage, I knew Will Holloway would be the best attorney to assist me during this difficult time. I needed someone I could trust, who could answer my questions and be an advocate for my children and me. Mr. Will Holloway found solutions to minimize my losses and was willing to guide me through what was new territory for me. I had no idea what my rights were as a mother or what other issues I might face while going through a divorce. Mr. Holloway’s commitment to me as well as my special needs children has been well proven throughout this journey.
I have been very satisfied with Will Holloway’s professional yet personal work style. He is honest regardless of how difficult it may be for me to hear and does not hesitate in directing toward what is in my best interest and that of my family. It means a lot that is also willing to hear me out and promptly respond to any questions I may have. He pays attention to detail and works hard for me. When I have a question or if something needs to be addressed between attorneys, I know I am well represented even in my absence. I know that I can trust him to be cost-effective, making the most of our time.
Mr. Holloway is honest, manages conflict resolution and problem solving well, thinks strategically, remains professional and conscientious of time, and stays calm in what can be tense moments for me as a client. Having an honest attorney and knowing I am represented well both in and out of the court room have put my mind at ease.
I highly recommend Will Holloway to anyone in need of legal assistance, and with every confidence can say he is a lawyer you can trust to provide the support and guidance you need no matter what your circumstance may be.
Will was willing to step into a messy part of my divorce and clean up the loose ends. He was decisive, assertive & brilliant in his interaction. I just wish I had met him 6 months earlier.
Grandmother Guardian Seeking Visitation Schedule
After learning that the the lawyer we hired had a conflict of interest within his firm, he recommended Mr. Holloway. From the start, Mr.Holloway was extremely professional and attentive to my case which was rather unusual. Especially in TN where there are few rights for grandparents what so ever. I however did have joint guardianship of my granddaughter. My son withheld my granddaughter from me and he worked very diligently to ensure that our relationship continued. He negotiated for a very favorable visitation arrangement. I would definitely hire him again.
His staff was also very professional, attentive and efficient.
