Ross M. Matuszak is an Associate Attorney at Schell and Oglesby, LLC. Ross Graduated from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 2005. Ross obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Nashville School of Law in 2018.
Before joining Schell and Oglesby, LLC, Ross founded Matuszak Law and practiced as a solo attorney. Ross also served as a Judicial Commissioner for Williamson County and had a successful sales management career in the furniture manufacturing industry before joining the practice of law in 2018.
Ross and his wife Amy have two children and are active members of the community in Franklin, Tennessee. In his free time, Ross coaches baseball and enjoys outdoor activities. Ross takes every opportunity to volunteer and contributes to the Franklin High School Baseball Team through field maintenance and fundraising activities.
Ross’s practice includes Divorce and Separation, Family Law, Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation. He takes great pride in being available to his clients because he knows that when people have a legal issue they need an attorney that is there for them.
